"An Absolutely Flawless Experience! From the moment our group of eight arrived, everything at Jan Se Skuld flowed like clockwork. The atmosphere is simply electric, with fantastic live entertainment, a stunning indoor-outdoor bar, and a welcoming vibe that makes you feel right at home. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Our waiters were incredibly friendly and professional, happily offering suggestions from the delicious menu and ensuring our experience was perfect. The food was just as impressive as the service. It’s a wonderfully versatile venue, perfect for a fun night out but also brilliantly family-friendly with a supervised kids' play area and lots of open seating. With ample secure parking, they've truly thought of everything. If you've never been, you are seriously missing out. I highly recommend them."

"The service was amazing! Lebo really looked after us and happily answered all our questions. Most of us don’t speak Afrikaans, but she took the time to explain the menu with a smile. Our table ordered everything from mashed potatoes and sausages to burgers, salads, chicken schnitzel, and even the cheesiest pizzas — and every dish was delicious! Mind you it was packed, and the service was fantastic, with 6 meals being cooked we were the for 2 hours max! I can’t believe how quick the service was!!! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it’s definitely a family-friendly spot with a great playground to keep the kids entertained. The only downside was that the live music, while good, was a bit loud, so we found ourselves having to raise our voices to chat. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely come back!"

It feels relaxed and welcoming, and the kids’ area is a big plus for families. Service was good and friendly. The Afrikaans names on the menu are a nice, funny touch and add to the character of the place. The pizzas we had were very good, and the cocktails were just as impressive. I’ll definitely need to come back during a rugby match to experience the place at its best."

"First time visiting and for sure not my last. This restaurant has a welcoming vibe and the staff and the delicious food makes the place. There's many delicious options available and the servers will gladly assist with yummy suggestions. Ample secure free and some covered parking available. Wheelchair friendly and accessible but definitely has limitations. Many different seating options available and a big children's play room with supervision. Bathroom facilities available. Can get very busy at times but there are a few quiet times. Highly recommend visiting them for a fun time out. Take note that the music can be louder at some spots depending on where you are seated. Fun place."
